Oh how i waited and waited

Asking each day when you?re coming

The baby i always wished for

If i were to choose it would be you

 

You and you all over again

The baby girl i always wanted

Though very young now

You put a smile on my face

And make me forget all those months

 

The pains, the hours and all

All that matters is now

You are here and to stay

To seal all that love

 

And make me whole again

Never to regret life journey

But to know that each day that comes my way

Is a day to be thankful for

And i thank you for choosing me as your mum

A very nice tribute to your daughter. very calm and peaceful flowing words. Most parents lose this feeling for their childern after awhile. I hope this love continues for your childern forever. Beautiful write. Adam
