How to publish?
You can publish creative writings, images and music at "Upload" page. Find "Upload" page at top menu last link.

Can I submit pictures with my creative writings?
Yes you can submit one image and one background picture with each one of your creative writings. The image will show up above your writing. Note if the background color is too close to font color, it would be very hard to read. So try to pick contrary colors.

Oops, I don't like how it looks, can I edit it after submission?
Yes you can edit your creative writings including the image and background picture. Go to your profile page(first link on top menu) and click on "my profile". Beside each of your creative writings, you will find an Edit link. Click on it and start editing! Note you have to be logged in to do this.

Can I edit and delete pictures, music?
This feature is not completed yet. You will be able to in the near future.

How do I set the permissions?
You have the opportunity to set the permission in the uploading page and also later on in the editing page. (If you don't know where those pages are located, read the questions above) Note if you make your submission private, no one will be able to search for your entries.

How do I edit my profile?
Always log in first. Go to first link "Profile" on the top menu and click on "My profile". On the top right part of the page, you will find 3 links "VIEW JOURNAL", "EDIT PROFILE" and "INVITE FRIENDS". Click on "EDIT PROFILE".

How to customize my profile background?
Look for "Customize Your Profile Background" link under your profile name.

How do I add a friend?
When you are at an user's profile, on the top right part of the page, you will find 3 links "VIEW JOURNAL", "ADD TO FRIENDS" and "SEND A MESSAGE". Click on "ADD TO FRIENDS".

How do I send a private massage?
When you are at an user's profile, on the top right part of the page, you will find 3 links "VIEW JOURNAL", "ADD TO FRIENDS" and "SEND A MESSAGE". Click on "SEND A MESSAGE".

Is there a live chat place?
Click on second link on the top menu "Chat" and you will find a link Chat room.

Where do I check out other users' entries?
On the index page, you will find most recent submission for all creative writings, images and music. Click on 3rd and 4th links "Community" and "Journal" located on top menu, you will find more stuff there. Community page has recent and all time top ratings submissions.

I cannot find answers to my question on this F.A.Q. page, who can I ask?
Search for moderator on the top search menu and send a message to our moderator. Or at the bottom of almost every page, you will find "contact" link, click on it and send us a message! Or you can ask a question at the forum! Whichever way you choose, we will get back to you as soon as we can! Enjoy 8HOP!
